A Relaxed and Beautiful Experience, Just for You
At Sweet T Photos, my goal is to create a calm, enjoyable, and stress-free experience—so you can feel truly present and celebrated during your maternity session.
For in-home maternity sessions, I bring professional studio lighting and backdrops to transform your space into a soft, glowing setting—no need to worry about weather or window light. This allows me to capture beautifully lit, timeless images in the comfort of your own home.
Before your session, please choose a room with enough space to set up lighting and move around freely. If we need to shift a larger piece of furniture, I’ll kindly ask for your help—but I’ll handle all the setup and styling from there.
Once we begin, your only job is to breathe, relax, and enjoy the experience. I’ll guide you gently through each pose and make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful—just as you are. 🤍
If You're Feeling Nervous... You're Not Alone
I completely understand—being in front of the camera can stir up nerves, and pregnancy can make that even more vulnerable. But please know:
You don’t have to “know what you’re doing.” You just have to show up as you are.
I’m here to guide you gently and thoughtfully through every pose. We’ll move at your pace, talk through each step, and I’ll make sure you feel safe, calm, and celebrated the whole time.
This session is about you. About honoring your body, your strength, and this incredible chapter. I promise—no pressure, just warmth, connection, and beautiful moments captured with care. 🤍
The Perfect Time
The ideal window for maternity photos is between 28 and 34 weeks. At this stage, your bump is beautifully round, and you're likely still feeling mobile and comfortable enough to enjoy the session.
Location Options
You have a few beautiful options for your maternity session—choose what feels most like you:
- In-Home: Cozy, personal, and peaceful. I’ll bring studio lighting and backdrops to create beautiful images in your space.
- Outdoor Nature: Soft golden light at a local park or open field—perfect for a dreamy, natural vibe.
- Architectural/Urban Settings: Think charming buildings, staircases, walkways, or structural elements that bring an editorial, modern touch to your session.
- Beach Sessions – Galveston, TX: Want soft waves, sandy toes, and golden skies? Beach maternity sessions in Galveston are available and absolutely magical.
📍 Please note: Locations that are more than 20 miles from Katy, TX may require a small additional travel fee. Let’s chat about your vision, and I’ll help find the perfect spot!
What to Wear
Soft, simple, and true to you.
- Choose flowing or form-fitting outfits that show off your bump.
- Stick to solids or light patterns—neutral tones and pastels photograph beautifully.
- Avoid logos or heavy prints.
- Most sessions include 1 outfit, but if your collection allows more, we’ll plan accordingly.
✨ Don’t forget—client closet access is included! I have beautiful dresses and bodysuits available for you to use.
